Brexit
Brexit Latest Status DPX Brexit Update It was agreed by the EU on 11 April to extend the deadline for Brexit to 31 October 2019. During this extension period, up to the 31 October 2019, the UK remains a Member State of the EU which means your goods are able to carry on circulating between the UK and the rest of the EU as they do today, without the need for declarations or Customs checks. We can confirm that during this period it is very much business as usual and we will deliver your goods to the EU exactly as we do today. It is possible that the extension period may end earlier than the 31 October at which time other scenarios are possible, we will proactively advise our customers as and when that happens. In the meantime please refer to this website regularly where we will post any updates to Brexit. DPX will ensure that we are 'Brexit ready' whatever the scenario and whatever the final date of exit, so that you can continue to ship parcels to your customers throughout the EU.

DPX Worldwide policy on Coronavirus
DPX Worldwide continues to take all sensible measures to mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus on all staff and customers. On the 9th March we issued guidelines and procedures to all staff advising them of the precautions and actions to take in the event of any staff member having any risk of infection. These are being implemented where required. We are suspending visits to and from customers, in an effort to minimize risks. Please reach our Sales and Customer Service Department via E-mail. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow advice from government organizations.

I have a same day delivery - how do I book a courier?

You can access our same day services by becoming an account holder or use on an ad hoc basis**. Contact us at least 2 hours before the end of the business day to book a pick up. We will guide you through the steps to ensure your package or packages are consignment ready and then our couriers will come and collect your consignment. It’s as simple as that.

Where import and export duties have to be considered, we can take care of the requirements. Simply call us - we will set you up with an account and guide you through sending your first consignment. And where we offer specific products to ship your consignment in, we can organise for these to be sent to you and maintain a constant supply so you are always ready to send.

Has my package arrived?

Our track and trace technology allows you to track your consignment door-to-door. And when your parcel or document is delivered, we have sign-on glass scanner technology available that allows for notification of delivery as well as online notifications, SMS capability and mapping technologies offered across our service and location range.

SMS Alerts

We have the capability to offer SMS alerts for your parcel delivery:

  • in advance - approximately three days in advance providing you with information of the delivery day.
  • on the day - an alert providing you with a two-hour delivery window.

Dangerous Goods - with more than 20 years’ experience in the safe transport of dangerous goods across the world, we are fully certified for air and road transport in accordance with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Australian Dangerous Goods Codes for Transport (ADGCT).

Temperature sensitive parcels - we have a created a unique service for goods that must be delivered within 24 hours, including special labelling and contingency plans and communications in the unlikely case of a delay.
